Hilton Vacation Club Mystic Dunes Orlando, Four Corners

My experience at Mystic Dunes didn't live up to expectations, especially for a special occasion like my birthday. While the resort has nice amenities, the service was severely lacking. The room I received wasn't as promised, and the management's response to my complaints has been frustratingly absent. Golf enthusiasts might find value here, but if you're not into golfing or don't want to endure a hard sales pitch, you might want to think twice about staying.

The resort has beautiful surroundings and spacious rooms, which were clean and reasonably priced. However, my experience was marred by a significant lack of communication and unresponsive service, leading to a feeling of neglect. The noise from neighboring rooms also detracted from the overall stay.

The resort has a lot going for it with spacious rooms and a great layout, perfect for families. The amenities were enjoyable, and the location is fantastic for exploring nearby attractions. However, the Wi-Fi issue was a significant downside, as it never worked during our stay, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, I expected more lively activities and open facilities considering the price we paid.

I had an overall up-and-down experience at the hotel. While the spacious two-bedroom condo was comfortable, I faced significant delays during check-in that felt unnecessarily frustrating, especially with my kids in tow. Other issues like internet limitations and slow dryer cycles were disappointing. Nonetheless, the facilities were decent, and the activity options kept the kids entertained.
